Building together your strategy for a reliable company.
In a trusted society.
Security. Service. Scaling.
Your organization is operating in conditions that no previous generation of leadership was trained for. The threats are no longer hypothetical. They are named, numbered, and arriving simultaneously. And they share one characteristic: they do not respect organizational silos.
A cyberattack is not an IT problem. A flood is not a facilities problem. A disinformation campaign is not a communications problem. They are all, at root, a leadership and business continuity problem — and they demand a leader who has been in the room when the system was actually tested.

Why Olympia 3S
Building organizations that people can rely on
Society only works when the organizations and companies people depend on can be trusted.
Trusted in serving, leading and protecting.
Those three principles have guided my entire career.
Serve – Lead – Protect
Serve
I believe every organization exists to create value for the people it serves.
Whether customers, employees, or communities, trust is built through consistent quality, meaningful service, and genuine care for people’s experience.
My years managing emergency reception centres during refugee crises reinforced this belief. In highly complex and politically sensitive environments, success depended on people working together toward a shared purpose.
The strongest organizations understand that service is never an individual effort. It is the result of people aligning around a common mission and taking collective responsibility for the customer journey.
Lead
Service alone is not enough.
Organizations must also be able to evolve, improve, and navigate complexity.
As CEO of a city’s prevention and security organization, I led more than 300 professionals through significant organizational, cultural, and digital transformation. Later, at the national railway, I helped build a security model that integrated intelligence, data, operations, and partnerships into a strategic capability.
Leadership is about creating the conditions for people to succeed. It is about setting direction, fostering ownership, encouraging innovation, and bringing diverse stakeholders together around a common vision.
Protect
Trust can only endure when what matters is protected.
I learned this early as a forensic investigator, working crime scenes and building criminal profiles. Facts mattered. Discipline mattered.
Throughout my career, protection has taken many forms: safeguarding vulnerable populations during crises, securing critical infrastructure, protecting public trust, and preserving the long-term interests of organizations and the people who depend on them.
Protection is not merely about managing risk. It is about safeguarding the values, assets, reputation, capabilities, and trust that organizations need to fulfil their mission, both today and in the future.
Building organizations that people can rely on
Across every role I fulfilled, one theme has remained constant.
Building organizations that people can rely on.
Organizations that serve with excellence.
Organizations that lead with vision, courage, and innovation.
Organizations that protect people, assets, reputation, and long-term value.
Different sectors. Different challenges. The same responsibility.
